“Now celebrating our tenth anniversary, the Foreign Policy Colloquium is an exciting three-day program designed to help Chinese graduate students better understand the complex forces that shape American foreign policy. Our tenth anniversary FPC will be held from May 29 to May 31, 2013 at The George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, with cooperation from the Sigur Center for Asian Studies.
We are delighted to announce that The Honorable Elaine L. Chao (赵小兰), the 24th U.S. Secretary of Labor (2001-2009) and first Asian-American woman appointed to the U.S. Cabinet, is our keynote speaker.
